You get to work on different projects possibly with completely different stacks. learning is always encouraged. people are amazing, smart+humble. you get to go on trips with your colleagues and work remotely from hills, beaches etc.

if company is going through losses you'll not get a appraisal that you deserve no family health insurance, only you are covered. they don't give you a work laptop, you are expected to BYOD. msg to management: don't say stuff like "y'all are replaceable", you have great developers, all work hard for you. for them your company is also replaceable, but they don't say it when you are on the other side....Read More
