This has got some worst project manager in Unit V and very very cruel in nature . The same is progessed by HR department. Even not pleased when mother of my colleague died with carona.

Poor management and skilled person not available in the organisation, Granules india need to work on higher management even manager level person for there components or not for the daily routine jobs. Need to improve the HR , HR people’s are totally un - educated there is no any HR policy for the employees So much safety concern in the entire manufacturing units in Granules India.

In QA Sarala will play so much of politics. No one can hide the respective documents of targeted persons and blame infant of management . No lady can survive in Qa infant of Sarala politics
