The team I worked in was really great. Great team leader to learn and grow with
I dont think any consulting job has any worklife balance. My peers who were full time employees had to work under different projects under different team leaders that were harsh and sometime rude.

The two partners of Cyber and IT risks were not reachable, unable to resolve project issues and problems faced by employees. They started laying off people brutally in order to save their reputation. GT Bharat doesn't layoff employees, this is the 1st instance in GT history

No project assignment for 6 months after hiring, no proper laptop given for work (they were in bad condition), management not letting me to write real feedback of what I feel here they rejected my survey as I've written the truth and then they made me write good things they wanted in their favour. After this they directly told me ifyou are not happy here please look for other opportunities (shouldn't have used these words, it's there responsibility to give work based on my qualifications and experience and for what team they hired rather they are planning to put me in different team just to cover up), not giving cab facility especially for people who work on shift it's much needed. For sick leave also we need to made them believe we are ill and then take leave(micro management is worst), manager is checking office log in time and logout....Read More

All senior partners are misbehaving/ threatening comments with consultants/ Executive Assistants. NO standard working timing in a firm. Sharda raj ( director) / Sanjay Mehta ( executive director) do manipulating/ wrong information transfer to among their team. Promotions and growth is zero. Hiring is going on a daily basis in every department.

Unnecessarily involving people in meeting who are not required. Meeting often scheduled beyond office hours usually late evening. Doesn't respect other staff time engagement. Unplanned, and 11th hour rush to complete job. People compulsorily attend meetings using wireless earphone while driving on bike, so dangerous.

Good thing about GT India is you get job security, promotion and progression but only upto manager level.
Favoritism, Partiality, No work culture, No work ethics, No basic sanitization of work environment, Micromanagement a lot of micromanagement, criticism a lot of criticism, they pick up projects at very low cost and I mean very low cost, however they want you to perform beyond your means.
