Ridiculous is all I can say...thy hired me for forensic and had put me in statutory audit...n process audits....and when I raised a voice thy blamed me rather that I am being choosy. Also smallest things like asking the basis of change in sampling done by me which was changed by their director fully , I was asked to mind my own business and rather concentrate on report rather than asking basis. Partner instead of telling director doubted my asking.... How will any manager perform also or think of staying back in such organisation. After this they directly told me ifyou are not happy here please look for other opportunities (shouldn't have used these words, it's there responsibility to give work based on my qualifications and experience and for what team they hired rather they are planning to put me in different team just to cover up), not giving cab facility especially for people who work on shift it's much needed.
