Job security, and career growth is there at GT

Dislikes

No respect to Work life balance. Lack of clear vision and leadership at the top management. The top management is often clueless about the work that is happening on the ground, how people are being treated and whether they are even being paid fairly. The firm policies are only suits the top management and often people who are joining the firm are clueless about the policies.
