Brace yourself for settling in the worst trap here. 1. The org processes, teams not defined. 2. Management lack vision. 3. Reporting managers lack clarity, their opinions keep swinging. 4. Politics, gaslighting is actively supported by leadership To be noticed, one needs to do be a 'yes person' 4. Overhiring without planning. 5. Biggest joke- unlimited leave policy. manager holds the authority to decide on the leave request. This holds valid for entitled leaves too. People are discouraged from taking leaves at all. 6. Unprofessional work environment. Random Colleagues ask/comment on personal lives. On reporting this, managers laugh it off or dismiss topic 7. People are expected to not set boundaries. 8. They pay less than market standards. People with 4 years become managers, with more then 8 years may be AM or manager, with the same or more skill set. Odd criteria for hiring. On managerial positions, they require execution level analyst role work 9. Poor leadership, Job Insecurity. people are asked to relocate out of state for project requirements. Ridiculous is all I can say...thy hired me for forensic and had put me in statutory audit...n process audits....and when I raised a voice thy blamed me rather that I am being choosy. Also smallest things like asking the basis of change in sampling done by me which was changed by their director fully , I was asked to mind my own business and rather concentrate on report rather than asking basis. Partner instead of telling director doubted my asking.... How will any manager perform also or think of staying back in such organisation. If they didn't intend to hire why did they process the job at all ...first postponed the joining by 2 months in covid and then found some or the other means to force a person to resign so as to ensure thy don't get a blame for retrenchment in covid......Read More
