I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

There is no working culture, no systems, no management, Fake believes, no salary incremet, it is like lala ki dukaan, & most terrible thing is founder of this firm is a very good lier, cheater, fraud, & even he not pay employee salaries and reimbursements. i worked there for 3 years. i feel this is worst company i have ever seen. Don't go for this ( NOTE )
