Since May 2022 i have came across a lot of mixed experiences in Aryavart bank. As a Government bank employee i always feel very happy and confident because I have cracked this job in a very young age and only after a preparation of only 1 year. I am getting a very handsome amount of salary with regular and good perks as well.

Dislikes
The only thing i dislike not only in Aryavart bank but also in every government bank i.e. lack of efficiency of work, lack of opportunities of carrer growth. Same day, same work with same monotonous techniques can make you more reluctant to do the work.
