Every word of yours be it a problem,a mistake,a challenge at work is treated by the MD as his problem. I had personal problem in house. I was supported by the MD,CMD and my colleagues. I've worked in brands. Where creating this kind of environment is talked about. But here at GP hotels and resorts it's existing. Every staff gets his salary on time+ OT + Leave encashment.

Dislikes

It's a bit away from the city. As it's a resort. But after entering the GP u don't feel like going back.
