Being a Govt service, it is most secured, disciplined,dignified and prestigious too. It gives immense satisfaction to serve the needy people being attached to them as of their fellow brother/father/well-wisher as the case may be. Though a feeling of deprivation pooks out as to receipt of very less Salary, DA, CA etc. comparing to the central govt. employees of the same post and nature of job, still there is job-satisfaction here, have ample scope to do good for the publics in this way or that. I have attained a very good, satisfactory and soothing service experience here.
