Since I work in Administration part of a Defençe organisation, frequent posting to alter places is a matter of concern, specially when you have grown up children and they are at crucial stage of their professional studies. One just thing, there is pre defined solutions for each problem, so your ability of thinking on an issue and efforts for finding a new solution doesn't work much. The job security is 100 %. The organisation made tremendous efforts in teaching the population on safety measure and health care. The policies were quickly made and implemented. Very good environment to work with with mutually supporting teams.

Dislikes

The stagnation for promotion comes to early due to imbalances in vacancy allotment. Also the employees cannot transfer location. The HR process is somewhat complexed due to various policies.
