I worked with the Department of health services, Kerala and found the job satisfactory in every aspect of life.

Dislikes

I do not like the inflexible nature of the work in terms of child care leave and joining spouse leave. Even though it was written in the service rules that we are eligible for an unpaid sabbatical, I lost my job because of having applied for one to join my military spouse. Usually things get done super efficiently, but in my case my petition to reconsider reinstating me into my job has been put on hold aice more than a year. Too much interference into the functioning of medical centres by local government bodies. Strict protocols need to be laid out about when to interfere and how much. Too many administrative jobs ,which impair patient care, which could easily be handed over to someone better trained and interested in doing such work. I am told there has been a cadre developed exclusively to look after admin needs of phc , chc etc. In spite of all these I would still say the years I worked there were the best. I like just so much of working in the government school because the girls and boys the very co-ordinate and good reading skills and more Of cultural activities and more possible of doing explanation and seminars

There is no dislike about that government school but some of reason time consuming there is not consistence so that's why it's so like it
