I liked working for the Government of India but i was on contractual basis. I worked for around 3 years. Every year the Head of the department would warn me that he would not renew the contract.

Dislikes

Everything about it is good. The only thing i did not like was as i was the youngest and most skilled and fast worker i was overloaded with work. I was also on contractual basis and every year i was warned that my contract will not be renewed. That is what i disliked.

Work life is easy for permanent employees not for us as contractual workers.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
