Compensation & benefits are nothing as given on offer letter Growth is limited and almost NIL

There was nothing called work life balance , any day any report any time to be completed. The timelines given to complete any major task is less than 6 hours and management expects to complete the same that is pressuring.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
