Politics in HR Function, Biasness, Pleasing Approach, culture is not employee friendly at all, HR function doesn't have stand to take infornt of Operation, Policies are not employee friendly & not so strong, Compensation is very very low as compared to industry standards, employees are not valued, no perks and very less appreciation for hard working employees but for all who please the leaders, Leadership team is the one who drives better culture and practies but it highly lags hence even the leadership has a big question!!!!...Read More
