Not a single reason one should opt for working in this company unless you are broke and avoiding to beg in temples or traffic signals, cause before hiring they judge by how distressed/in crises you are.

Job security is minimal, work culture is pathetic "lala company" is the word, no values principle is followed, hire and fire is the policy, no talent is required or rewarded if you have a comparative lower IQ with no spine, 0 talent and good office political ethics you will do wonders in the company, join the company only at thetop mgt level below that your are nothing but a rat which can be thrown away at any time, It made head lines when during pendamic they sacked 1500 emplyees in one go. They don't want to hire new team leaders from out side specially for Mumbai office if the person joined he he giving lots of pressure and insulting shouting on floor whole day in front of All the tele callers and also if someone sick and take leave then he has to Adjust his Week off Full & final policy is very bad he takes 60 working days excluding Saturday Sunday bank holiday i have joined 26th Apr-24 and Last working day 5th-oct-24 today 10th-Dec-24 and i still not received my FNF amount multiple time i raised the query regarding this but no positive response coming all the other people received the FNF amount who left on Same day with me but i still not Received work culture not good no Holiday in any fastival....Read More

Nothing worst company I've ever seen

Worst company ever! They all are mannerless. Even our HR (Ms.komita verma) and Manager(Mr.Sahil )also. They force me to give resign from this company within 2month.No leaves.On floor they can order around and overwork even harrass at their disposal the manager level. Totally internal politics. They don't even support their employees very bad experience and they hold salary
