All the line managers were supporting and transparent. Company ethics were so strong that even a small incident was reported on paper. Quality was the center of every meeting and every decision. Company provided many training sessions with respect to knowledge sharing and skill development.

Extended working hours Every Saturday full working Poor transport facility in terms of bus condition as well as covering routes and bus timings Poor canteen facility Sometimes one feels that he/she is working under so many restrictions . Employee should provide bit freedom so that they love to work.
