Being an 100+ years old company Godrej encourages change. But due to such a big organisation consisting of many subsidiaries here the Process could be longer but yes it will be for good for everyone in all the subsidiaries. There’s a lot of diversity here so is the delay in process to change. But the change is for Goodness that is sure.

Teammates are not good. They keep highlights me that I am not working properly. All though they working on third party under IBM but from my IBM team lead doesn't support me & when I join Godrej Group he told me on same day that I here for 1 Month only. This shocking to me. Management kept me in dark that I am their for temporary purpose. I have work from IBM Company were my lead doesn't create my login id due to which it's me to difficult to work their & I pay very big price for the same....Read More

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job but Teammates / Team Lead / Management doesn't co-operate me.
