Red tap-ism, poor work culture,no work life balance,no freedom to work, No support in terms of learning new things

...d structured. Have Pan India presence and services. Good in tender management. If negotiated well, gets handsome salary.

Poor incentive scheme. No perks and benefits to remote location employees. Hardly Mediclaim tie up in city like Chhattisgarh.

People will be charged for health insurance and it will be deducted from salary till 4 month from first quarter of each FY. And salary will be paid on 10th of each month.
