Dislikes

Working hours sometimes exceeds to 14-18. As I was plant head my working hours include night checks in plant. Sometimes my work was not appreciated as it should be.

Work Details

Every day is a new challenge there. I look after production planning, next day work plan meetings. Look after food quality, safety and standard according to ISO and HACCP. Looking for continual growth by constantly trying to reduce processing cost.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got to learn in every field other than quality (or I must say, except quality)

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security & management unfair.. expects u to b a gate keeper, housekeeping incharge, quality executive, production manager, accounts executive, dispatch incharge, store keeper etc. Etc.
