It had a beautiful culture before the management changed.

Dislikes

After the management change people in the senior management team started spoiling the culture the cohesion of teams and relation with individuals and cross functional teams. The SMT was incapable, immature and insecured

A. The board was choked with heavy names to raise funding. 2. The product was half baked & the sales teams were to fool clients. 3. The teams changed every year but the product was never out. 4. The results showcased were inflated 5. The management knew everything about it but they kept on pressurising teams to sell

It was great because A. Work finished on time as there was no work B only big parties with boozing. Management Thought that's the way to keep employees motivated
