I am working with Pune location but I don't like Pune ARM Mr Manohar Singh.. miss behave with employees.. very dirty body language using with employees.

I have done a lot of real work in Go Colors and I got to learn a lot of things. This is a huge experience of life for me.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
