GNOC Huawei best in salary and extra working hour allowances. HR is more prompt than I saw in other companies but work life balance, company working culture, work satusfication at worst level. As it is Chinese company and whole management is handle by Chinese personnels only. Their main focus on " minimum input, maximum output". Overall I won't recommend it to someone

Appraisal may be none cause you will be on offrol only, Chinese people ruined the work culture of company they themself working 12 hours a day and expecting everyone to sit and work for such long hours. There will be no extra person in your team, so you have to do swap and manage your leaves yourself. Management won't allow you to take leave more that 3-4 days.

Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as I have to look after international project. After night shift, you supposed to take rest but managers don't have such intensions. They can call you anytime and that call will be of long minutes, enough to ruin your day.
