Very good experience with my Head office Mr. Abhijit jane and they are very co operative and supportive person.Very good working culture and working all employees in a team.

Old fashioned, no support to new comers, growth issues, some old employee doesn't allow new appointees to settle and creates pressure and no support. Work hours should be more flexible and hybrid. All Power given to reporting manager so they exploits the same.

Looking in overall thing job safety would be the poor in GMR. you don't know when you may loose a job.

GMR is a infrastructure company, they will build and operate asset. Once the asset build work is over they will dismantle the team and start reliving from the organization. It is for 2 years or 3 years of job.

Company is good to work especially after 50 years or at the last stage of retirement. This is the reason Young person are leaving the organisation and old people are still there.

1.Horrible Culture in Opex department with management not from Sourcing background with lack of managerial skills. In AGM and GM. 2.Treat employee very bad after resignation. 3.Horible procurement process as they just focus on TAt.How a person can negotiate 1 lacs in 25 days and 1 crore in 25 Company focus on Purchase rather than procurement.They are focusing on Artificial intelligence implementation but due to poor guidance of senior management as they are not from Sourcing background it will definitely fail. 4.Tech still not there , doing all works manually even having Ariba but due to management not from Sourcing background unable to utilise Ariba. 5.You will be confused who is your manager. 6.Manager don't have single work to do just company is good so unable to see that and they are at last stage of retirement. 7.Havent seen the big Liar Hr in my career . Pls don't join Opex team ,,if you want join company you can join other departments but not in Purchase especially Opex team....Read More
