Freedom to work, at project level, with clear Objectives and well spelt out Targets.

Dislikes

Salary/remuneration is not commensurate with Experience, and long years of service with GMR, Individuals leave and return after a few years and are taken at considerable rise /hiked salaries, This should be totally discouraged.

Work Details

I worked at the Power plant as COO, for 4.5 Years, and established the plant in all respects and made it fully operation and viable for sale/monetisation.

One of the best IPP in the Country as of now, as far as culture, Ethics is concerned. Only issue, is the Group is presently under financial stress, hence on Asset Light Asset Right mode, so growth for Technical Sr Professionals are getting shrunk. All efforts and success r immediately appreciated and recognized.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular, except policy in succession planning needs to be looked into, as in a few instances, lateral entry causes heart burns for Sr Professionals in the group for many many years.
