Actually I spend only 5 months with globiva because of lock down company facing a financial issue that's why most of the employees are resigned. In this 5 months I learned lots of new things and I wish in future if I have an opportunity to work with globiva I will definitely do.

Actually I have only one problem with my department actually they want every IT person have to know about every things. In my point of view if HOD divide work with each and every employees that will be easy to do then every employees know their responsibility because I face this issue when I was working with Globiva I m confused with responsiblity /work. I was in IT department so my work to handle Process requirements. Downloads the Agents call recordings. UPdate every week IT asset inventory. Check regular Process issue and troubleshoot the issue.

One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

Dislikes

One area for improvement I experienced during my time at Globiva was the compensation package. I felt that the salary was relatively low…..

There's nothing to like about this company cause it only knows how to waste someone's time and destroy their mental health by constant criticisim.

your job is never safe. You are not safe in the office itself with your colleagues. You cannot present your ideas infront of the management cause then you'll just be insulted the whole floor because only the manager was supposed to speak in the meeting and not you cause you are just a puppet of the manager. Also you cannot put logical solutions infront of the customers because then also you'll loose your job cause we are not humans, we're just chatbots. So, just an advice to GLOBIVA please use SIRI for giving the solutions to the customers instead of hiring someone wasting their time in your stupid company....Read More

They are providing incentive which is conditional based.

Management is pathetic. Management always think to cut incentive of their employees. They always give the target but not help to achieve. They always ask to come office even you are not fine, if they don't come. They eat their incentives. Salary is very less.. Some employees worked in uthe office even in chickenpox.
