The HR TEAM IS VERY POORLY MANAGED. Very Inexperienced, Unprofessional, Rude, with employees, Hits at Personal Aspects, Brings down morale , Irrelevant Comments and INHUMANE BEHAVIOR from HR MANAGER on employees. No Redressal Take ups ok inspite of repeated issues resolvance request. ELSE THE ORGANIZATION IS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH.

I have been working with Global Tree for the past 2 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. They are very supportive of their employees. The company is very flexible and open to different ideas. I would definitely recommend Global Tree to anyone who wants to work at a global tree!

Everything!!! No proper management. All hod's are joker in a game together. HR's don't have individuality. They underpay you and expect lot of work. They don't appreciate. A lot of dirty politics. 85% of them just want to get out of that mousehole. There's no generosity and ethics.

The best thing about this company is that they give you enough scope of work as well as freedom to grow as a professional. They also provide us with training on various topics and the trainers are very friendly.

I only like the fact that this review will help people not step into that hell hole.

Horribleee management and environment. First of all, every female friend with history in this company told me to not work there but I tried. The managers have questionable skills. The directors do not care much about real growth and believe in quick fixes. Gender bias, incentive bias (people who cause direct profit like sales have more value of opinion) never saw an HR who works on the basis of what the manager says. This is not only my experience but of my co-workers and previous employees. Lied about bonuses, incentives, skill development, and if you guys get good at your job. You're in for a treat because they won't stop piling stuff on. No windows so it's like walking into a graveyard. No lunch, and the kitchen has this smell that never goes away. Cockroaches yes. They do pest controls but the smell urgh. Never goes away. Also the HR has this elitist mindset?? They don't share their plates with the employees which made me feel weird coz someone was scolded like a child for accidentally using them urgh . I don't know what explanation they have for that but I certainly get the vibe they don't treat their employees well except one two people from the lot. And BIG TEA is that they fired a wholeee team before term of 1 year so they don't have to increase their salary. And didn't even pay for the month of firing. It's so shameful. Then theyre gonna trap new freshers to come work and fire them before it's their time. If it was a good experience for you that's good for you, but if youre new and thinking to work here. Be on a outlook on how to things work for other employees and most of them are used to this unfair treatment. So, get out and work in a real good and just company....Read More
