NO reason to like the Global tax solution. i didn't like it

I didn't like the global tax solutions because of while giving training they didn't gave full information related to subject and they wont care about employees.The management will not take care about employees and their values. they won't give any value to the employee who is working hard. There is no Job security. The management will not take care about employees are facing any issues with the company or staff or other issues. The company have lot of inner politics.If anyone complaints about that with higher authority so they will be targeted and they used to do some abusing words towards the employee in the company .. then also they will not take care about employee...firstly they don't know the meaning and value of the employee...Read More

I love the company culture and management becz management treats the employees as like a family and if one work hard he/she must have a great future ahead on this process and also its a great platform to learning new things.

Dislikes

Nothing much but management need to recognize the hard workers and take decisions according to that after end of the season.

As a Tax Analyst i was part of Interview Department my role is i need to collect addition Tax info from clients and need to foraward that info to respective team.
