I would like to share my experience with GKIS with you all first with the good things the concept of school was very nice and the only thing I'll remember is my kids and my co primary teachers thats all for the pros now on to cons In one word it was terrible, 1. I felt like i was involved in a political party where everyone is trying to grab that one seat and in reality that seat has no significant meaning. 2. I was not breif about the roles I have to take as a newly joined teacher. I learnt it on my own without asking the person who was supposed to tell me the following things. 3. School is more focused on ambience rather than its main purpose that is EDUCATION. 4. The school doesn't give teachers the basic human rights like holidays and paid leave. 5. The assigned person is extremely partial toward an individual which made the teachers suffer 6. Staffroom literally means a common room for school teachers. 7. I stopped having lunch from the very beginning and no strict actions were taken against the food department 8. The work of caretakers was to be taken care by the respective teachers, ironic isnt it 9<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary cut, I dont think this needs much explanation </mark> 10. The school doesnt give paid leave to the teachers, its explainable till your probation period but taking that leave is also a very big task like for example you have to inform prior to the day when you are supposed to get sick and 3 days prior to any emergency. 12....Read More
