They will give package as per your demand and expect to work thrice the pay . No job security . No systematic procedure no training on their software and they don't have any defined error parameters. If they feel it's error it's error .the company with no policy's

There is nothing to like but regret as you have to submit your original records and you will not get any papers if your have worked in the company for less than 12 months .please stay away from this organization. They will select new recruits and toss of the current employee will silly reason that's not acceptable.

Please reconsider if you planned to join here... First they ask for originals, then only you can get the offer... Restrooms are really in bad condition... The air conditioner we're not maintained properly, definitely u will get respiratory issues if you work on this floor... I have already experienced it... If you swipe in once u cannot go outside the office until log out, even to order a food u need to beg ur lead/gc... The team I worked is one of the worst I can say... I mean the associate level employees were putting their efforts but the leads and manager in night shift will go and sleep in the meeting room from 11-2 .... I saw this everyday and it made me sick to work there... The HR or whomsoever doesn't have any powers to resolve this... Work floor and ambience we're totally bad... Don't expect a world class environment here..u will find a godown like place only to work... Better think twice before joining... I have seen many companies but not like this company... Hikes are far better compared to other companies with the same process. Leads are helpful and supportive for learners and hardworkers. 8 1/2 hrs login time.
