They only help to grow up users who is adichifying sombu

No tea coffee, no incentive, no freedom, HR team supports only management, vellore branch Ms department is very worst they give lot of works no incentive give low hike give lot pressure not understanding employees situation they have sadists team leads. Give 2 Saturday off but they force to come for compoff but u can't take that compoff they didn't allow. Need to extend on daily basis but no befits break 1 hour only. 9hrs working time but work assigned for more than 9hrs. They said u don't need to extend u can go after complete work. U have 2 Saturday off but TL fix meeting on Friday for the reason that heavy backlog we must come to office on Saturday. No cabs, HR conducted meeting for concern and queries but no more improvement. If u complaint about TL or management to HR team they will tell about u to them again u will suffer more Totally waste, there's no way to live person only can work here. It's all about vellore branch especially MS department and selfish team leads...Read More
