Likes

Hire no job security. Lot of politics in between manager and team leader. Management never care about employees. Manager can terminate any employee at any time without approval of HR.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No additional benefits. No support in covid19. They won't care about system and network. If you need job you have to arrange by your money. 16hrs working but no benefit. You should achieve the production more than 120%, if not you will get LOP of the day. Attandance confirmed by lead. If good for lead he can give full attandance else will get LOP....Read More
