There is lot of poltics and the new management doesn't know what to do and what not to do.. They appoint a silly person who doesn't know how to manage himself but made as HOD for Accounts. No growth, no work life balance. If you love your dearest then please don't join this company.

I was working in Bangalore location. You will find brutal work culture in global cloud exchange. .Never ever join this company, even somebody is pointing gun at you ..there was a manager of mine. .who used to check my phone and trace my GPS and even sometimes used to read my personal messages..he would ask my phone saying there is problem with my phone ,can I use it for making calls and checking it ..your self respect will dimished to the core and the leader will use F..k and as...
