You get to learn a lot, here you will have tje opportunity to learn what everyone is doing in short the entire process. Work culture is good no one pushes you too much you show them the results and they everyone is happy.

Dislikes

There is no retainsion, appraisals are kind of luck by chance. Not much career growth internally.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work life balance was good before June 2022.

Dislikes

After June 2022, work life balance was hampered due to change in shift pattern. HR policies are worst. Even the old employees feel the same. No promotions and rewards. And recognitions. Promotions are only give to buttering employees. No policies are maintained by HR for internal job posting. No trainings are given.
