Owner of this company is really a gentleman. Team work , good atmosphere

Dislikes

Every increment seniors were being neglected by the top management and juniors were being promoted with out performance . Bice view of top management towards seniors. Nothing else except over pressure because mostly work was done with out pre planning.but an eleventh hour they the work is done in hasty. Okay

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
