Gain Credit is a good place to work. Different teams work differently. As a company work culture is fantastic. Company strives to be sustainable in engineering. Company takes feedback from employees and values them. Most TLs are nice leaders. Managers are understanding people. Most of your work gets appreciated.

Different teams work differently. Some are under stress and some work freely. Team goals are like that. Great learning experience. Sometimes it feels left out especially in working remote. Most other teammates know each other well and there is some gap. Onboarding is not smooth.

Leave policy - Other than national holidays (26th Jan / 15th Aug) we don't get mandatory leave or double pay however for other Indian holidays (Festival holidays / state holidays).
