In a simple word, Gain Credit a good place to work as company has good work culture. It is a employee centric company as it takes feedback from employees and implement them. Managers are also very friendly. Most of the time we get appreciation for our work. Work life balance is good. I am working here from last 2 years and I have never come across things that I don't like as the company is employee centric.

Gain Credit is an amazing place to work on this is my 2nd organization in the carrier one of the best place to work. It's been two years I have joined I have never ever been to office but still made me feel like I'm at my work place and I get all sort of help from the management. I would say one of the best place to work gain knowledge and learn things on day to day.

I like that the company is transparent and employee centric

Dislikes

The HR function needs improvement. Especially the onboarding process is not organised. I did not have a salary discussion and was sent the appointment letter and the only option I had was to accept or reject the offer. I raised this with head of HR and was told this will be reviewed after 6 months and then I reached out before my annual review but never got a response.

I work for the service team in Supervisor I position. My job is to respond to customer emails and chats. I also work on Dsat analysis.

An employee is moved to a whole different department all together without consulting with him in the first place. Management decisions are not enough all the time, it’s considered forceful movement.

The culture this office has is amazing. They have always put employees first and has provided us with everything from cab, food, learning etc.. I am really satisfied with Gain credit and I hope the culture will never change.
