This a mnc company..it makes four wheelers parts..I am working here before 2 years..its a highly growing company..I am working here as a machine operator in production department..

It is a good company but it offers us that we always work there as a traine engineer or under contractually...so I found that it's not possible to work in a company under a contractor..I need a company and I also want to work as a company employee.in a company.I do my work wearing my company dress cod..I have strength to take responsibility and do my duty properly and I also have a dream that ,in future I will make me as a good professional engineer..I need a platform to prove my eligibility...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
