GKN is now not GKN . It is taken over by new group Melrose, work culture changed. Opportunity of are very few.

Good team work,carrier growth depends on your boss.Only professionals are given preference.Whether they have knowledge of work or not.Experienced and old people are treated badly.Good for freshers & new employees.Reporting & Audits are to much which makes the life difficult.
