1. Beware of RAKESH GARG, Manager/ HoD of Accounts Department, he is SANGHI (belongs from RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal). Muslim Employees should never join this company. Otherwise he or she can be laid off any time giving the Lollypop of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). The Person who is expert in flattering his seniors (Talwa Chaatna) and does not care about his Self Respect, can join this company. 2. The Person who can work like Bonded Labour (Bandhua Majdoor) from 10:00 AM (Morning) to 02:00 AM (Night) continuously 16 hours a day, can join this company. 3. HR is just like a puppet and pet. They follow the instructions of Managers of your team because HR Department has not its own knowledge, experience and even eyes to judge the right thing. 4. Rakesh Garg, Manager/HoD in Accounts Department does not know any thing about Accounting, Business and solution of a simple problem. Actually he is a SANGHI (belongs from RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal). He always try to dismiss Muslim Employees. His whole day work is to either quarrel with another department or argue with his Juniors or demotivate to his Juniors. He has only ability to make the simple thing complicated. Once the thing gets complicated and you are not able to perform, he will ask about your performance and pending task. He is also an ability to talk like unprofessional way using the word "Tu", "Tere Ko" etc. 5. If you quit the job first, they will not accept your Resignation and suddenly exit you without any notice and prior information once they make backup of their work. 6. There is no training provided to the new joiners. The way of learning in this company depends on your colleagues. If he is interested to learn you, you can learn otherwise do at your own risk. If something gets wrong, every one will blame you. 7. At the time of Joining, HR says 5 days working. But you have to work 6 days in a week and 16 hours a day to complete the task of the company. 8. How much dedication towards work you show, but any body will never appreciate your work and efforts. If you make a minor mistake, they will send a mail marking all the employees of the company to inform about the same. 9. Management is just to see. Everyone is blind in Management. 10. 1. Teammates = Most of your colleagues are flattering persons (Talwa Chaatne Wala) to his Seniors or Managers. They behave like "Mere Jija Ji jo bolenge main wahi karunga". From Top to Bottom, everyone is just like this. No one will support you for your correct decisions and correct action towards your job. 2. Career Growth, Salary/Appraisal = If you are highly Flattering Persons, you will be awarded with maximum 10% of hike. The person who believes in his performance in work will get only 2% to 3% only. 3. Politics = There are lots of politics to do or not to do a simple task. 4. Work Environment = If anyone is capable to work from 10:00 AM (Morning) to 02:00 AM (Night), 16 hours continuously without asking Overtime Compensation. He can join this company. Sometimes you have to work even on Sunday. But no Seniors or Managers will say about working on Sunday. They will assign you lots of work and give you a target to complete by Monday. So without working on Sunday, you can not complete the task and the security of your job will also be in danger. 5. Learning = No one will guide you to execute any work. If you make any minor mistake, everyone will blame you. 6. Work-Life Balance = There is no personal life. Because you have registered yourself as Bonded Labor (Bandhua Majdoor) when you accept the Job Offer of the company. 7. If you are going to join this company, beware of Rakesh Garg, most incapable person in the company. He is a Tulsi Das of this Era. He writes a lot every time but it is absolutely meaningless. Sometimes he became James Bond also, he starts detecting something about you and will blame you for the job/mistake that you have not done. 8. HR Department = This is the most absurd and lousy Department. This department is not existed or made to save the interest of the employees.
