The work environment is excellent and professional. The Employees and management team is always ready to help. The seniors have great logical and technical skills to guide and solve any kind of problem in th technical aspects.

Dislikes

The only reason is salary delayed. Otherwise it is great company to work

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
