Please don't join this company as Test engineer at all. They give you only different different currency and you put these currency into machine again and like cashier..... No IT professional work is there..... Overall it's company for only chatukar .... And few people told you this is very knowledgeable work 🤣🤣🤣 very funny .... They also delete the review. I worked for One year. Company culture and environment is excellent. Work life balance is good. Very supportive Teammates Specially ROHIT SHARMA sir he is very supportive senior he helps me a lot in my starting days. Rohit Sharma sir is very knowledgeable and he helps every teammates in every aspects.

No Growth Too much politics Too much favoritism Technical people not required for this job No one cares of your learning and growth You can only survive if you dwell in to politics, if you raised your voice if something is wrong than you will be like an enemy to leads/manager. Sorry to say, but I won't recommend anyone to join in testing team at any level specially in SFT.

All employees are treated as a family member of G&D. It's the best thing ever. Lot of trainings from experts to learn and grow more. There are many parties organized by this company which are free of cost, company pays the whole amount of the parties. Everyone is very frank in nature, you will never feel like alone.
