Moderate work life balance.

Dislikes

You have a balanced work life here, but what I don't like is carrier growth, salary increament, dirty politics and information flow pyramid (actually this don't work here) your education qualification doesn't matter what you are doing here that only matters no upliftment.

Worst culture, always keep NPD, was thinking about what are likes about this company, so I found two, 1) water facility. 2) salary credited date 31St. Otherwise no any additional facilities.

Dislikes

Talegaon plant's top management ran off, also more projects are taking without any completion full proof, no satisfaction no any work life balance, whole machinery was taken from scratch and assembled and started producing, lot of issues.
