Hell lot of work and still you will not get monetory benefits which you should get. If you are male then be ready to be in permanent night shift unless you are a newbie. Management was good earlier but now it's becoming toxic as they are initiating new rules and policies with each passing week which is making employee life miserable. Manager's Foot lickers are getting recognition but they make sure to exploit hard working employee. Many good employees are now leaving due to these reasons. The company has been open to technological advancement. Good option for freshers.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth both are at it's worst. Senior Management is only focused towards personal goals and doesn't value highly performing individuals strengths. Manual time management of employees. Personall relationship and buttering only matters for promotions. Becoming family running private enterprise.
