the work environment was good! people at work were really friendly and helpful.

my manager was not good, they never listened to team's problems or ever too stand for them, they always used to make someone target and make them suffer mentally. also the distance of travelling from home to office was hectic and even more because they stopped providing cabs for employees. I still haven't received my relieving letter or got any sort of emails from the company so they are lazy and irresponsible in their duty....Read More

a principal consultant

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
