There'no such thing as job security & work culture.. there's lot of favouritism in the company.. one of the worst organisations.. If not the worst..

Dislikes

This is one of worst organisation I have seen or worked in. There's no work culture. Not at all good for any employee whether experienced or fresher. It seems like a corrupt govt office.

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
