Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .

It's great place for freshers in learning perspective. But in terms if pay terrible package for freshers and we can't grow financially if we stay here.

Likes

Genpact was safe and secured even for working in night shifts. Very joyful environment. Team was very supportive. My project had been selected as first and won reward points for that project in htmldb. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Dislikes

My working shifts which disturbed my sleep pattern.

Work Details

At first, the work was very new. After getting experience in working with the live tickets, it was quite interesting. And then got settled with handling the outages. Overall, got to know how to handle the problems with outages and the tickets solving.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
