They can give you IJP any time n after 1 month if you will not get any another process they will kick you off. And during this IJP process no one will help you regarding anything.

Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)

Genpact do many cost cutting activities, and they give less amount in appraisals and promotions. No overtime No extra benefits in all processes and you have to login on weekends too. Work pressure is high and they will hire less people in team and you will feel stuck…

There is no incentive plan above MT as they also deserve this due to working in an IC role and managing the teams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters.
