1 st thing they use a tactics of demoralize pepple before who they are hiring. How? Listen then they will call you ask to come for a interview then they will reject you. Then after some months they will call you again and then they will tell u ur a good candidate then waiting for sometime and u will recived offer letter which will be less than ur previous one. Then listen If you check your salary format provided by them in your offer letter in the excel sheet check each and every components and use calculator. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
