The company showcase that they are very good in social media. But the reality is totally different. Some of the teams have Managers with years of experiences but they do not know what is professionallism. Also please never join the HRS team under Mr Guha. In the name of HR Executive you have to do sales and whatever you have to do to satisfy your clients. They use rough language after calling into the cabin. They also practice SILENT FIRING. Employee engagement program is there just for selected teams, not for all teams. HR is inactive in those cases. They don't do anything for the employee satisfaction. They just saw the things but didn't take any steps against the higher managers, which is not a good practice at all.
